Ep 7: VLOG POD | My Fear of the Stomach Bug, Fun Facts & Making Friends

In this week’s VLOG POD, I’m talking about something I’ve definitely avoided long enough — my fear of the stomach bug. 😅 I share how I’m finally working through it with my therapist and what that process is teaching me about anxiety, control, and motherhood. Then we lighten things up with a couple of fun facts (one involves nail polish, the other involves endangered crafts — who knew).
To wrap things up, I get a little vulnerable about how tricky it can be to make friends as an adult & share one simple “non-hosting hosting” hack for anyone who wants community but doesn’t have the capacity to plan a full-blown gathering right now.
It’s a mix of honesty, humor, and the kind of real-life stuff we’re all figuring out.
